I grew up in India surrounded by the aromas of fresh spices. In Heerenveen I now share that kitchen with you.

The story

Koken uit India started with a simple idea: learning to make real Indian dishes, the way they reach the table at home in India — not from a packet.

Today I give cooking lessons and workshops in and around Heerenveen to people curious about the flavours, techniques and joy of Indian cooking.

Whether you're completely new or already experienced: I help you cook better and healthier step by step, with mouth-watering results.
